A few months ago I posted (Big Phun - amazing 2d physics sandbox), but I’ve just stumbled across OE-CAKE! and it’s pretty impressive.

Another free download, but this time there are Mac and PC versions available. And it’s well worth a look.

It’s all very clever stuff … but the only problem I have with the physics sandbox is … what exactly do i do with it. Somebody needs to take the basic mechanics and turn it into a full game.

Crayon Physics came reasonably close to achieving this, but I’m still hoping to see a little more from this clever project.
