Anyone with a tappy keyboard will get evil looks and anyone with VoiP may be in serious peril. Business travellers will have no respite and kids will squeal at miniclip in delight. American Airlines has just launched WiFi on 3 routes. Is WiFi going to change air travel as we know it?

$1m each day at the iPhone App Store
Last week I mentioned that it is probably the unknown “size of the consumer base and the newness of the App Store - that is most likely scaring marketers [away from developing iPhone apps]. I heart useless technology.

Let go of your logo.
Why are brands so strict with their logos? The logo Larry and Sergey are holding is not the constant unchanging logo most brands know. Sometimes it changes on a day by day basis. But it is still recognised. And still manages to keep its single identity. Whilst most brands would be happy to slap an “extra 20% free” flash all over their packaging, they would never dare breach the sacred brand guidelines in order to touch the logo. Rightly or wrongly, does digital let us play differently?

UK iTunes launches movie service: legal downloading now easier than pirated films?
Apple has finally launched movies films on iTunes in the UK (and Canada). Can we expect to see piracy over here decrease?
